Spectrophotometric analysis is one of the most common techniques used to quantitate nucleic acids in a solution. More specifically, 260/280 UV absorbance ratio acid can be determine their purity [1]Huss VAR, Festl, H, Schleifer KH. However, traditional fixed-pathlength spectrophotometers have limitations when determining ratios these molecules. In this study, CTechTM SoloVPE® system assessed theoretical by utilizing its variable pathlength method, known as Slope Spectroscopy®. The method was evaluated assessing specificity, intermediate precision, repeatability, linearity, and accuracy ratios. observed SoloVPE demonstrated great comparison ratios, verifying system’s slope spectroscopy preferable for application.
